These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BiBiFx regarding your use of our platform, including all features, services, and content available through the platform.

Important: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Platform Description

BiBiFx is a digital marketplace for After Effects extensions (.ffx files) where creators can:

Upload and sell their original After Effects extensions
Browse and purchase effects created by other users
Access a community-driven library of visual effects
Manage their digital content and earnings

We provide the platform infrastructure, payment processing, and community features to facilitate these transactions between creators and users.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
One account per person or entity

User Responsibilities

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respect intellectual property rights of others
Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Report security vulnerabilities or abuse
Keep your contact information current
Allow BiBiFx to collect session/device metadata to enforce security and licensing limits

Prohibited Activities

Uploading malicious code or viruses
Attempting to hack or compromise platform security
Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
Violating copyright or trademark rights

Content Guidelines & Ownership

Content Standards

All uploaded content must:

Be original work created by you or properly licensed
Be functional After Effects extensions (.ffx files)
Not contain malicious code or security vulnerabilities
Include accurate descriptions and preview materials
Comply with our technical requirements (2MB max for .ffx files)

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original content
You grant us license to display and distribute your content
You warrant that you have rights to all uploaded content
We respect DMCA and will remove infringing content

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

Review and approve content before publication
Remove content that violates these Terms
Suspend accounts for repeated violations
Implement automated content scanning

Disclaimers & Limitations

Service Availability

Platform provided "as is" without warranties
We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
Maintenance and updates may cause temporary interruptions
Third-party integrations may affect functionality

Content Disclaimer

We do not endorse or guarantee user-generated content
Effects may not work with all versions of After Effects
Compatibility and performance may vary
Users download and use content at their own risk

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiBiFx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination & Governing Law

Account Termination

You may close your account at any time
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
Outstanding payments will be processed according to our policies
Content may be removed upon account termination
We monitor sign-ins and may terminate licenses for accounts with sustained use on more than three devices simultaneously

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
